For workings to be easy, restaurant listings must be as user-friendly as possible.
The restaurant name should be the same as that of the board outside of your restaurant.
Avoid writing the tagline with restaurant name as it creates difficulty in research.
The restaurant is requested to mention all the features it has so that it is easier for the user to find which restaurant suits them best.
Add the tag of the Number of items (ex 6 veg lollipop, etc)Pure Veg, Vegan, Non-vegetarian, etc to let the customer know where to go or order from.
Your menu is your best chance to get to the reach you desire because most of the users who want to order food or dine outside rely on the menu provided.
Make sure the pictures you upload of your menu, must be clear and high quality.
The menu must have prices mentioned because we believe in transparency with our users.
Photos give the user a brief idea of what they are ordering, how is it going to taste, in fact, most of the time, if the picture is pleasing chances are the customer orders that dish itself.
Avoid putting images with people in them.
Facade images, Images taken from the exterior, including signs and entrance of the restaurant. Ambiance images, Images that give the user insight into how your restaurant looks from the inside, the seating, the lights, events, etc.
Pictures are supposed to be original, don’t put images that you have purchased from any paid websites because they do not depict the true nature of food or restaurant.
We do not allow images with logos and social media handles.
Fablo food is your best opportunity as a restaurant to reach out to a massive foodie community. Listed below are a few things that should be kept in mind by you as a restaurant.
1. Update your listing regularly: Our team makes sure to keep all the necessary information up to date on Fablo, we appreciate your letting us know whenever the update is needed. Imagine if any of your dishes are out of stock and you haven’t updated the same, it would create an inconvenience for the customers, and that is something neither we would love nor you.
2. Do not entertain: Accepting any demands of customers who ask for benefits at that threat of bad reviews or ratings, sends a message that this behavior is tolerated.
3. Be accountable: Fablo food will not be responsible for any questionable activities by your restaurant (e.g. serving things that aren’t permitted, serving alcohol to minors, staying open later than permitted). The business has to hold responsibility for its acts.
4. Don’t manipulate reviews: Reviews are for the betterment of the food, services, etc. and it wouldn’t be acceptable to manipulate the reviewers or your audience. Solicitation is strictly prohibited. Offering any sort of compensation for reviews is unfair.
Don’t offer incentives for users to remove reviews.
Don’t work with PRs to improve or fix your reviews/ratings.
Do not offer freebies, discounts, or payments in exchange for reviews.
Try to improve reviews by giving a great customer experience.
If by any means we come across evidence of you indulging in the solicitation, we will send a disclaimer on your restaurant’s page, informing the fablo community that your reviews are suspicious.
