The Users that make a purchase through the Fablo App are not entitled to cancel the Order once placed. Although, there is a window of cancellation which is within ‘one - minute’ of placing the Order.
However, subject to the buying and cancellation history of the User, Fablo holds the right to deny any refund to the User even if the cancellation was done within one-minute of the order placing, followed by account suspension, whatever the case may be rests in sole discretion of Fablo.
If the User cancels the Order after one minute of placing it, Fablo shall have a right to collect a penalty equivalent to 100% of the order amount, with a right to not refund the order amount in case of a prepaid order or recover the damages suffered along with the subsequent orders in case of a ‘Cash on Delivery’ to compensate the Merchants and Delivery Partners.
Fablo reserves the right to collect a penalty for the Orders that were cancelled by Fablo for the reasons not attributable to Fablo, including but not limited to:
➣ If the User provides a wrong address or an address that falls outside the delivery zone.
➣ If the User is not reachable by the Phone/Email while Delivery Partner is attempting a delivery.
➣ Failure in delivering the Order due to lack of information (directions to reach the place of delivery, authorization from the receiver etc.) provided by the User
In case of Cancellations for the reasons attributable to Fablo, Merchant or Delivery Partner the User will not have to pay any penalty if Fablo finds the case of the User satisfactory.
The User is entitled to get refund for prepaid Orders. Fablo retains the right to collect the Penalty payable by the User from the amount refundable to him/her.
The User is entitled to get a refund of upto 100% of the Order Value if Delivery Partner fails to deliver the order due to reasons attributable to either the Delivery Partner or Fablo, however these cases will be assessed on case-to-case basis.
Fablo’s decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
All refund amounts shall be credited to the source of payment used by the User while placing the order or to the corresponding FabPay Wallet linked with User’s Fablo account, as chosen by the User while requesting the refund. The timelines for the reflection of the refund amount in accordance with the payment source is given below:

In case of a ‘Cash on Delivery’ order the User is not required to pay for:
Orders where the packaging is either tampered or damaged at the time of Delivery,
The items don’t match to those ordered by the User
Or
Items missing from the User’s order at the time of delivery
Provided, the same is communicated to Fablo at the time when Delivery Partner is attempting the delivery of the order.
